Due to regulations resulting from Coronavirus (COVID-19), shipping with our carrier may be delayed 10 to 15 business days.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional time for processing and shipment. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email. We appreciate your patience!
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $15 flat rate shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the Continental United States All domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Domestic Shipping is free for orders over $150.
Estimated delivery for domestic orders is 5-10 business days.
Hand delivery
Free hand delivery is available for orders originating in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Deliveries are made from 10am-6pm on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We will contact you via email to schedule delivery date and time.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is only offered to the British Virgin Islands for a flat rate fee of $15. All international orders will be shipped via ferry services. We will contact you via email to schedule delivery date and time.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mayabe Essentials, LLC (simplymayabe.com) is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping to Military Locations (Apo/Fpo/Dpo)
We do not ship to Military locations at this time.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are FINAL and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at support@simplymayabe.com within 14 days of delivery and provide us with a detailed description of the issue. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Damaged & Lost Packages
Mayabe Essentials, LLC (simplymayabe.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
