Ticketing and Refund Policies for Events
Event tickets are sold by Mayabe Essentials, LLC either online, via our website or through physical outlets. At times, there may be a maximum limit placed on the number of tickets sold per person, per payment method or in some instances, per household. If we identify any breaches related to the restrictions noted above, we have the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number without prior notice.
All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
From time to time, special circumstances may arise where ticket holders cannot attend an event due to extenuating circumstances. Mayabe Essentials, LLC will review such circumstances on a case-by-case basis. This, however, does not guarantee a refund.
Ticket holders are subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and event sponsors/partners. Any breach of the rules and regulations or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury shall entitle the venue or Mayabe Essentials, LLC to expel you from the venue.
The venue, event sponsors/partners and Mayabe Essentials, LLC accept no responsibility for any personal property.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Mayabe Essentials, LLC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract.
